About the role

We are looking for professionals to join the team of Managers specialized in KYC (Know Your Customer) with a native level of Swedish and Finnish and no experience required, for the company we collaborate with American Express.


Your main objective will be to ensure that all our client information is up to date and meets regulatory compliance standards, guaranteeing high-quality and accurate service.

What you'll do

  • Merchant portfolio management in Swedish and Finnish: monitoring and maintaining an assigned portfolio of merchants/establishments.
