Team Leader - Debt Recovery Management

Essential requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a debt collection or debt management Contact Center.

- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Coordinator, or Team Manager.

- Knowledge of the full extrajudicial collection cycle.

- Experience working with CRM and automatic dialing tools.

- Analytical capacity for monitoring indicators and preparing operational reports.

- Experience in managing old debt portfolios (+15 years).

- Studies in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related disciplines will be valued.

- Intermediate/high English level.

- Previous experience in similar tasks.

- Salary between €24,000 and €26,000 gross per year, plus variable pay.

Main duties

Supervise and coordinate the Contact Center agent team, currently consisting of 4 people with growth expected during the coming months.

- Manage the daily operations of the service: reviewing dashboards, distributing workloads, assigning campaigns, and monitoring outbound activity.

- Control the quality of interactions carried out through the various channels: calls, chat, and email.

- Perform the monitoring and analysis of individual and group KPIs:- Effective contacts.

- Agreements activated.

- Closing quality.

- Data updating and maintenance.
