About the role

Do you have experience leading teams in debt collection and debt management environments? We are looking for a Contact Center Team Leader to join a growing project, where you will play a key role in the operational management of the service, team development, and achievement of objectives.

What you'll do

What will your mission be? You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activity of the team of agents, ensuring service quality, compliance with indicators, and optimization of debt recovery processes.

Main duties- Supervise and coordinate the Contact Center team of agents, currently made up of 4 people and expected to grow over the coming months.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service: dashboard review, workload distribution, campaign assignment, and monitoring of outbound activity.
  • Monitor the quality of interactions carried out through the different channels: calls, chat, and email.
  • Track and analyze individual and group KPIs:- Effective contacts.
  • Activated agreements.
  • Closing quality.
  • Data updating and maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Train, support, and supervise new hires.
  • Propose improvement actions aimed at increasing productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of the full out-of-court debt collection cycle.
  • Experience working with CRM and automatic dialing tools.

  • Native or bilingual Spanish.

  • Knowledge of Amazon Connect.

  • Studies in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related disciplines will be valued.

  • Salary between €24,000 and €26,000 gross per year, plus variable pay.
  • Full-time, on-site in Madrid.
  • Working hours:- Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with one hour for lunch).
  • Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
