The role

What you'll do

The duties include:

Reception and welcome of visitors.
Access control and visitor guidance within the exhibition.
Attention and resolution of questions from attendees.
Support at information points and customer service.
Basic explanation of content and operation of interactive equipment.
Supervision of rooms and support in incident management.

We are looking for visitor service staff for an immersive exhibition, starting in September. If you enjoy working face-to-face with the public and want to be part of a dynamic project, we want to meet you!

Requirements

We would love to have you on board if you meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, events, promotions, museums, exhibitions, or similar roles.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Professional image and proactive attitude.

Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different roles within the operation.

English level is a plus.
