Do you want to join the Happiness Industry? 

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5* Eurostars Valladolid hotel located in Valladolid. 

What will you be responsible for?  

• Identify all equipment subject to maintenance. 
   

• Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. 
   

• Inspect facilities, machinery and equipment. 
   

• Coordinate and supervise external maintenance services and statutory inspections. 
   

• Carry out basic repairs as required by the hotel and preventive maintenance. 

• Report on the condition of facilities and suppliers to Management and the area manager. 

What are we looking for? 

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, domestic hot water and fire protection systems. 

• Experience in Legionella prevention (spa and swimming pools). 

• Experience in maintenance of hotels or large buildings. 

• Availability to work Monday through Sunday. 

• Self-sufficient, dynamic person with adaptability and a service-oriented mindset.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para nuestro hotel Eurostars Valladolid 5* ubicado en Valladolid. 

¿De qué serás responsable?  

• Identificar todos los equipos sujetos a mantenimiento. 
   

• Verificar y ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. 
   

• Inspeccionar instalaciones, maquinaria y equipos. 
   

• Coordinar y supervisar servicios de mantenimiento externos e inspecciones reglamentarias. 
   

• Realizar reparaciones básicas según necesidades del hotel y mantenimiento preventivo. 

• Informar a Dirección y al responsable de zona sobre el estado de instalaciones y proveedores. 

¿Qué buscamos?   

• Conocimientos en fontanería, electricidad, climatización, ACS y PCI. 

• Experiencia en prevención de legionela (SPA y piscinas). 

• Experiencia en mantenimiento de hoteles o grandes edificios. 

• Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo. 

• Persona autónoma, dinámica, con capacidad de adaptación y orientación al servicio.
