Recruitment Technician - Barcelona

What will you be responsible for?

Within the Selection and Development area, you will carry out the following functions:

• Recruitment and selection of hiring processes.
• Creation and implementation of talent development programs, such as training growth paths across different areas of the company.
• Being part of the international internship project (contacting national and international universities, managing internship agreements, attending workshops and job fairs...)
• Ensuring compliance with employee evaluation, onboarding and offboarding systems.

What are we looking for?:

• Education in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology or similar fields
• 1 or 2 years of experience
• Advanced level of English
• Another language is a plus

¿De qué serás responsable?

Dentro del área de Selección y Desarrollo realizarás las siguientes funciones:

• Reclutamiento y selección de los procesos de selección.
• Creación e implementación de programas de desarrollo de talento, como itinerarios de crecimiento formativo por distintas áreas de la empresa.
• Formar parte del proyecto de prácticas a nivel internacional (contactar con universidades nacionales e internacionales, gestionar convenios de prácticas, acudir a Workshop y ferias de empleo...)
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de evaluación, acogida y salida de los trabajadores.

¿Qué buscamos?:

• Formación en RR.HH, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o similares
• 1 o 2 años de experiencia
• Nivel alto de inglés
• Valorable otro idioma
