The role
What you'll do
Within the Selection and Development area, you will carry out the following functions:
- Recruitment and selection for hiring processes.
- Creation and implementation of talent development programs, such as training growth paths across different areas of the company.
- Being part of the internship program (contacting national and international universities, managing internship agreements, attending workshops and job fairs...)
- Ensuring compliance with employee evaluation, onboarding, and offboarding systems.
