We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for one of our 5* hotels in Sitges.

What will you be responsible for?

- Identifying all equipment subject to maintenance.

- Verifying and carrying out the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.

- Inspecting facilities, machinery, and equipment.

- Coordinating and supervising external maintenance services and regulatory inspections.

- Performing basic repairs as needed by the hotel and preventive maintenance.

- Reporting on the condition of facilities and suppliers to Management and the area supervisor.

What are we looking for?

- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, domestic hot water systems, and fire protection systems.

- Experience in Legionella prevention (SPA and swimming pools).

- Experience in maintenance of hotels or large buildings.

- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

- A self-sufficient, dynamic person with adaptability and a service orientation.
