We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for one of our 5* hotels in Sitges.

What will you be responsible for?

- Identifying all equipment subject to maintenance.

- Verifying and executing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.

- Inspecting facilities, machinery, and equipment.

- Coordinating and supervising external maintenance services and regulatory inspections.

- Performing basic repairs according to hotel needs and preventive maintenance.

- Reporting to Management and the area supervisor on the condition of facilities and suppliers.

What are we looking for?

- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, HVAC, domestic hot water systems, and fire protection systems.

- Experience in Legionella prevention (SPA and pools).

- Experience in hotel maintenance or large buildings.

- Availability to work Monday through Sunday.
