Business Development - Canary Islands

We are looking for a Business Developer – National or International Market - based in the Canary Islands.

What will you be responsible for?

• Design and implement commercial prospecting strategies to identify and attract independent hotels that could benefit from Keytel's value proposition.
• Carry out active and continuous search for new potential clients, generating business opportunities through cold outreach, networking and market development.
• Contact, present and promote Keytel's solutions and services to hotel management and decision-making teams, adapting the proposal to the specific needs of each establishment.
• Plan and carry out in-person commercial visits to hotels to present the project, identify collaboration opportunities and build long-term business relationships.
• Manage the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, opportunity follow-up, negotiation and closing of agreements.
• Maintain proactive follow-up of the opportunity pipeline, ensuring compliance with the established acquisition and growth targets.

What are we looking for?

• Education in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration or similar. A Higher Vocational Training qualification related to the tourism sector will also be valued.
• Commercial profile, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Very high level of English and Spanish. Other languages will be valued.
• Availability to travel and carry out commercial visits on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize and follow up on commercial opportunities.
• Previous experience in hotels, travel agencies or in business development and acquisition positions will be valued.

Buscamos un/a Business Developer – Mercado Nacional o Internacional - ubicado en Canarias.

¿De qué serás responsable?

• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de prospección comercial para identificar y captar hoteles independientes que puedan beneficiarse de la propuesta de valor de Keytel.
• Realizar una búsqueda activa y continua de nuevos clientes potenciales, generando oportunidades de negocio mediante acciones de captación en frío, networking y desarrollo de mercado.
• Contactar, presentar y promover las soluciones y servicios de Keytel ante direcciones hoteleras y equipos de decisión, adaptando la propuesta a las necesidades específicas de cada establecimiento.
• Planificar y realizar visitas comerciales presenciales a hoteles para presentar el proyecto, detectar oportunidades de colaboración y construir relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
• Gestionar de forma integral el ciclo comercial: prospección, cualificación, seguimiento de oportunidades, negociación y cierre de acuerdos.
• Mantener un seguimiento proactivo de la cartera de oportunidades, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de captación y crecimiento establecidos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación en Turismo, Gestión Hotelera, ADE o similar. También se valorará FP Superior relacionada con el sector turístico.
• Perfil comercial, proactivo y orientado a resultados, con capacidad para generar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
• Nivel muy alto de inglés y español. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
• Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar visitas comerciales de manera habitual.
• Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en hoteles, agencias de viajes o en posiciones de captación y desarrollo de negocio.
