At Orenes Grupo, we are looking for waiters/waitresses for our Puro Café coffee shops located in El Palmar and Sangonera.
What you'll do
The main duties include, among others:
- Friendly and professional customer service.
- Taking orders at the bar and tables and serving them.
- Handling customer complaints and queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Advising customers about products and promotions.
- Prepare coffees, infusions, juices, drinks, etc.

Las funciones principales son, entre otras:
- Atención amable y profesional al cliente.
- Tomar pedidos tanto en barra como en mesa y servirlos posteriormente.
- Gestionar quejas y dudas del cliente con empatía y eficacia.
- Asesorar al cliente sobre productos y promociones.
- Preparar cafés, infusiones, zumos, bebidas...etc.
- Calentar o preparar productos simples como croissants, bocadillos, tostadas...etc.
- Controlar la calidad del servicio.
- Cobro al cliente, gestión de efectivo y TPV.
- Mantener limpia la cafetería, y sus vajillas.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año como camarero/a.
- Experiencia en el uso de bandeja.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana / tarde.
