About the role

Orenes Grupo, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment sector, is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to provide support to Extremadura, Ciudad Real, Toledo, and Galicia for the Gaming Halls Division.

As Hospitality Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating hospitality management in the halls under your purview, working jointly with area delegates and territorial managers, both in internally managed halls and in owned halls, to improve and optimize this business line.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include, among others:

  • Develop and implement the action plan, both in owned and external halls, so that they apply the hospitality model developed by the Group.

  • Optimize, improve, and standardize the hospitality offering nationwide to achieve: increased sales and hospitality offerings, and proper management of purchasing and stock in all self-managed locations.

  • Manage any hospitality-related incidents that delegates, external staff, or internal staff have not been able to resolve, using the resources and procedures provided by the department.

  • Process the registration and deregistration of external halls with the Group's framework suppliers, providing periodic reports to the area delegates on the different debts that our external partners may incur with the Group's suppliers.

  • Resolve, with the support of the area delegates, any incidents related to health and safety records within the hospitality scope of the business.
