For our Bingo Division, we are looking to expand our team with a Floor Manager to support our Bingo Jaime I in Valencia.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will take part in a tailored training plan that will allow them to acquire the skills needed for the role.

Upon completion of the training period, they will be qualified to manage the bingo hall floor.

· Coordinate the entire workforce at the workplace (creating schedules, assigning vacation time, recruiting staff, resolving employee issues when necessary, etc.) to maintain excellent service by aligning resources with needs and fostering a positive work environment at the venue.

· Supervise and monitor the overall infrastructure of the Bingo hall (facilities and service) to ensure the smooth daily operation of the venue.

· Manage the legal documentation required by the authorities, taking responsibility for all relevant procedures and the custody of specific gaming documentation to comply with current regulations.

· Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of Bingo sales and analysis of the competition, in order to provide effective reports to the Regional Director on business performance.

· Participate in budget preparation in line with the Group's growth strategy and the sector's evolution, in order to set priorities and evaluate goal achievement.

· Supervise and monitor the hospitality service to ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen, the offering, and customer service on the floor.
