About the role

We are looking for a Quality Technician to provide operational support in the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the Integrated Management System (IMS), aligned with the corporate sustainability strategy. The selected candidate will collaborate on process reviews, document control of ISO standards, and support in meeting Compliance requirements.

What you'll do

  • IMS Support: Collaborate on the maintenance and updating of the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
  • Document and Process Management: Keep system documentation up to date (procedures, work instructions, records) and support the various departments in its proper application.
  • Audit Support: Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits, gathering documentary evidence and following up on identified non-conformities.
  • Corrective Action Control: Record and follow up on non-conformities, incidents, and continuous improvement action plans.
  • Compliance Support: Provide operational support in verifying regulatory and legal compliance applicable to the organization.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word) and experience with document management/quality software is valued.
  • Languages: Intermediate English (B2 desirable).
