HEINEKEN HEY Program: your 12 months to take off 🚀

At HEINEKEN Spain we are looking for talent for an Engineering and Maintenance scholarship at our Seville factory. 

What you'll do

What will you learn and what will you collaborate on during the internship?

During the scholarship, you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate on different activities in the supply area, always with the support of the team. Among others, you will take part in:

  • Supporting the design, development, and testing of engineering systems and solutions.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to help identify trends and patterns that improve the performance of processes and equipment.
  • Participating in engineering projects and contributing to the development of innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborating with the factory's continuous improvement program (Kaizen, TPM).
  • Assisting in the implementation,  monitoring, and control  of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Collaborating with the H&S team in identifying and assessing risks, as well as in designing preventive measures.
  • Supporting the preparation of technical documentation, safety procedures, and incident reports.

Education & certifications

Vocational/technical training (or higher)

Languages

English, Spanish (at least one required)

What are we looking for?

  • Student in the final years of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and/or continuous improvement (desirable).
  • English B2/C1           
  • Interest in occupational safety and risk prevention.
  • Proficiency in office tools & AI (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Analytical skills, initiative, and results orientation.
  • Knowledge of SAP and specific training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
