HEINEKEN HEY Program: your 12 months to take off 🚀

Do you want to start your career at a major consumer goods multinational, learn a lot and have fun while doing it? HEY (Heineken Early Years Program) is a 12-month training program for young people who have already taken their first professional steps and want to grow within a major company.

At HEINEKEN Spain we are looking for talent, a logistics/supply chain intern for our offices in Seville.

What will you learn and what will you collaborate on during the internship?

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate on various activities in the supply area, always with the support of the team. Among others, you will take part in:

• Being part of the Logistics pillar while maintaining current levels of excellence.
• Taking part in daily activities through the continuous improvement methodology (Lean), operational actions that lead to cost savings and efficiencies, and helping improve service levels.
• Collaborating in logistics activities with the various stakeholders involved within the scope of your management area (Factory, Transport, Orders, OL…), helping organize activities that ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements at the optimal cost and according to the planned schedule.
• Participating in projects launched in the Logistics area.

What are we looking for? 

• Technical education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
• Advanced level of English (high B2 or above).
• Interest in continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (advanced level).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.

Vocational/technical training (or higher)

English, Spanish (at least one required)

• You will continue your training with The Power MBA, with an online master's degree of your choice from our catalog, so you can develop your profile beyond the day-to-day.
• You will receive a study grant of €800/month.

¿Quieres empezar tu carrera en una multinacional de gran consumo, aprender a tope y pasártelo bien mientras tanto? HEY (Heineken Early Years Program) es un programa formativo de 12 meses para jóvenes que ya han dado sus primeros pasos profesionales y quieren crecer dentro de una gran compañía.

En HEINEKEN España estamos buscando talento, un becario de logística /supply chain para nuestras oficinas de Sevilla.

¿Qué aprenderás y en qué colaborarás durante la beca?

Durante la beca, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender y colaborar en distintas actividades del área supply, siempre con el acompañamiento del equipo. Entre otras, participarás en:

• Formar parte del pilar de Logística manteniendo los niveles de excelencia actuales.
• Participar en la actividad diaria a través de la metodología de mejora continua (Lean), acciones operativas que redunden en generación de ahorros de costes y eficiencias, y colaborando en mejorar los niveles de servicio.
• Colaborar en la actividad logística con los distintos interlocutores que intervienen dentro del ámbito de su área de gestión (Fábrica, Transportes, Pedidos, OL…), colaborando en la organización de las actividades que aseguren el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes internos y externos al coste óptimo y según el plan previsto.
• Participar en los proyectos que se lancen en el área de Logística.

¿Qué buscamos? 

• Formación técnica: Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial o similar.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés (B2 alto o superior).
• Interés por la mejora continua.
• Dominio del paquete Office (nivel avanzado).
• Manejo avanzado de Power BI.

Formación profesional / técnica (o superior)

Inglés, Español (al menos uno requerido)

• Te seguirás formando con The Power MBA, con un máster online a tu elección dentro de nuestro catálogo, para que desarrolles tu perfil más allá del día a día.
• Recibirás una ayuda al estudio de 800€/mes.
