Mission

Manage the assigned clients and distributors to achieve the targets set by the Company, acting as its ambassador and building a relationship of trust that makes us their priority supplier. Identify business opportunities, attract and retain clients, and direct and review the activity carried out by the distributor (where applicable) in order to achieve the established volume, profitability, image and presence targets, ensuring an optimal positioning of the Company's brands and products.

Functions

  • Act as the person responsible for and leader of your commercial area of responsibility.
  • Manage and achieve the company targets set.
  • Manage the assigned clients and distributors to achieve the targets for your area, carry out visits to introduce new references, negotiate special conditions, evaluate the distributor's work and open new clients in your area.
  • Identify business opportunities, analyze the presence and activities of competitor brands and products (prices, promotions and new products) in your area of influence.
  • Negotiate different promotions at the establishment, coordinate and follow up on them.
  • Manage and update information, adding value to it and using it for the best commercial management (visit data, obtaining information on staffing, agreed terms, etc.) and prepare the necessary reports.
  • Complete the daily client visit routes according to the established frequency.
  • Manage and review the activity carried out by the distributor's sales team.

  • Manage your sales front and lead the distributor's sales force.
  • Win clients from the competition and defend our own, gaining volume and share in a sustainable way according to the targets set, using consultative selling and managing your budgets.
  • Choose the brands to introduce and the appropriate installation based on the segmentation and needs of the point of sale.
  • Ensure the proper use of our installations, as well as their return once the commercial agreement has ended.
  • Expand the product range with clients who already buy from us, ensuring the priority assortment according to segmentation. Constantly monitor the availability and visibility of the priority assortment.
  • Manage the assigned budget to win and retain clients, complying with the policy of each of the brands.
  • Analyze the profit and loss account at client level, correcting any terms that are not profitable.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, adding value to the resource and ensuring its return within the estimated timeframe.
  • Provide excellent customer service to be their preferred supplier.

Distributor:

  • Develop and agree on the distributor's commercial plan that ensures the achievement of its targets.
  • Constantly monitor it and establish action plans in case of deviations.
  • Monitor the plans implemented and adjust them based on the results.
  • Analyze and manage the distributor's profit and loss account. Correct any deviations.
  • Train and lead the distributor's sales force in the profitable sale of beer.
  • Delegate tasks at the distributor's sales front points of sale.
  • Train and advise the distributor in all possible areas.
  • Strengthen ties with the distributor, ensuring that we are their preferred supplier.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher vocational qualification
  • 2 years of experience in commercial roles
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2)
  • Valid driver's license B
  • National geographic mobility for relocation
