Job Description



At HM Hospitals, we are looking for a Personnel Administration Technician to join our People and Talent team, at our central offices in Madrid.
Your role will be key to ensuring that every new professional experiences an agile, caring onboarding process aligned with our Group's values.
Your main responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process, ensuring that all documentation is complete and correct.
Manage personnel administration: labor and commercial contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, changes, certificates, management of temporary disability (IT), among others.
Resolve doubts and support new employees during their integration into the team.
Interact with official platforms such as Meta4, Contrat@, and Certific@2, ensuring the correct management of information.
Collaborate with various departments and centers to keep personnel labor documentation up to date.
What we are looking for in you:
Training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar fields.
Experience in hiring processes, personnel administration, and document management.
Knowledge of Meta4, Contrat@, and Certific@2 tools.
Proactive profile, meticulous and oriented towards offering an excellent employee experience.
