About the role
As a PMO Analyst PLD Space, your mission is to support the successful execution of MIURA 5 Program and other strategic projects by providing performance and schedule monitoring, reporting, data analysis, and project management support. You will be responsible for developing KPIs and dashboards, tracking project progress, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring stakeholders have accurate and timely information to support data-driven decision-making and project success.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting systems.
- Monitor project performance against schedules, milestones, deliverables, and objectives, identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and achievements.
- Consolidate project data from multiple departments and sources to provide a reliable view of project health and performance.
- Collaborate in planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project technical and programmatic reviews and follow-up actions to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, ensuring proper visibility and escalation when required.
- Support project planning activities, including schedule updates, milestone tracking, and resource forecasting.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and consistent project information.
- Prepare presentations, metrics, and documentation for project reviews, management meetings, and executive reporting.
- Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to project teams.
- Maintain data quality and consistency across project management and reporting tools.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, reporting standards, and governance practices.
- Drive reporting automation and process efficiency initiatives using Power BI, Power Query, and other digital tools.
- Act as a key point of contact for project information and performance data.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, Business Analysis, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reports.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and lifecycle processes.
- Experience with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, or other high-technology industries.
