Internship in Business Continuity Plan & Enterprise Risk Management

Supporting the organization and documentation of the BCP document and crisis management manual, i.e. formatting and update.

Participate in the organization and support the development of documents for BCP trainings, awareness sessions and drills.

Possibility of collaboration on the coordination and development of continuity measures for priority disruptive events, including transversal mitigation measures to enhance resilience.

Support the deployment of crisis management across the company, including KPI design.

Contributing to the training and preparation of an AI agent for crisis management.

Support in the annual identification and assessment of risks at corporate level and across production plants and R&D centers, with a focus on mitigation measures.

Support in the meeting's organization, preparation, consolidation and follow up of risk response action plans.

Contribute to the preparation, consolidation and formatting of periodic risk reports, minutes, and presentations for management and Risk Committees.

Helping maintain the structured document repository within the GRC environment, ensuring updated, accurate and well organized documentation.

Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration and Management.

Languages: English.

Computer applications: Microsoft Office Suite.

Paid internship (€600/month for students, €800/month for graduates).

6-month training program, 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break) and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Grado en Ingeniería en Organización Industrial, Matemáticas, Estadística, Administración y Dirección de Empresas.

Idiomas: Inglés.

Prácticas remuneradas (600 €/mes para estudiantes, 800 €/mes para titulados).

Proyecto formativo de 6 meses, 35 horas semanales, en horario de lunes a jueves de 9.00 h. a 17.30 h. (con una hora de descanso para comer) y los viernes de 9.00 h. a 14.00 h.
