Room attendant (Disability)

At Hospes Maricel & SPA we are looking for a Room Attendant to perform the following duties:

• Setting up the cart with the necessary materials to carry out the work.
• Cleaning and disinfecting the facilities, both guest rooms and the corresponding common areas.
• Checking and tidying vacant rooms.
• Managing the laundry and ironing services requested by the guest (Guest service).
• Collecting forgotten items to hand them over to the supervisor for registration.
• Reporting any incidents noted in the rooms (broken items, electrical faults) to the Head Housekeeper or to Maintenance.
• Compliance with the chain's protocols.

En Hospes Maricel & SPA buscamos un/a Camarero/a de pisos que realice las siguientes funciones:

• Montaje del carro con el material necesario para ejecutar el trabajo.
• Limpieza y desinfección de las instalaciones tanto de las habitaciones como de las zonas comunes que correspondan.
• Control y repaso de las habitaciones libres.
• Gestión de los servicios de lavandería y planchado que solicite el cliente (Atención al cliente).
• Recogida de los objetos olvidados para entregarlos a su responsable para proceder a su registro.
• Transmitir las incidencias registradas en las habitaciones (roturas de objetos, fallos eléctricos) al/a la Gobernante/a o a Mantenimiento.
• Cumplimiento de los protocolos de Cadena.
