About Grupo Pampling

We are a textile company founded in Seville more than 20 years ago, with a presence in Spain, Europe and Latin America in more than 100 own points of sale and also with a strong online channel that connects us with customers around the world. Our philosophy is based on offering original and sustainable fashion, betting on creativity, global talent and responsible production. We have brands with their own personality: Pampling, Wituka, Pájaro Flama, Nerry, Nostalgic Apparel, Agobio, Catharsis, BM Collective, Citees, Pampling&Co, among others.

We have Print Guru (El Pulpo), our own screen printing workshop, which allows us to control every detail of production and ensure excellent quality.

In addition, we manage logistics and distribution internally, which allows us to optimise times and provide an agile response across all our channels.

Who are we?

A young, diverse and dynamic team that values creativity, teamwork and the desire to take on new challenges. We are looking for people with initiative, a collaborative spirit and a passion for design, fashion and innovation.

Our goal is to continue growing together with a committed team, always keeping the focus on offering a quality product, with competitive prices and close customer service.

What are we looking for?

At Grupo Pampling we are looking to bring on board a Purchasing and Production Planning Director to lead a key function within the company, connecting the commercial strategy with production, sourcing and supplier management decisions.

This is a position with a direct impact on sales, profitability and operational efficiency of the business, with the ability to define processes, develop suppliers and build a solid and scalable purchasing and planning structure.

Role mission

Ensure that in-house production planning, raw material purchasing and finished product purchasing respond to the real needs of the business, guaranteeing availability, quality, cost and appropriate deadlines.

The selected person will be responsible for transforming information from sales, assortment, design, stock and commercial strategy into effective decisions about what to produce, what to buy, when to do it and in what quantities.

Their objective will be to maximise sales and margin, avoiding stockouts, overbuying, production bottlenecks and the accumulation of obsolete stock.

They will also participate in building a cost structure that allows an objective comparison between in-house production, external production and finished product purchasing to continuously optimise the company's profitability.

As part of the evolution of the area, they will lead the progressive development of an international sourcing strategy that allows diversifying suppliers, improving costs and strengthening the group's future growth capacity.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

Purchasing, supplier and cost management:

Manage the purchases required to meet the defined plan, ensuring appropriate quantity, quality, cost and deadlines.

Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms, minimum order quantities, delivery times, quality and service levels.

Develop a solid network of national and international suppliers that allows diversifying supply, improving costs, reducing risks and increasing the company's profitability.

Search for, qualify and develop new supplier alternatives, especially international ones, that provide greater competitiveness in cost, quality, flexibility, lead time and capacity.

Monitor compliance with agreed terms, managing incidents and deviations when necessary.

Build and maintain a reliable cost structure by product, process and production model.

Analyse alternatives between in-house production, external production and finished product purchasing to decide the most efficient option in terms of cost, margin, quality, lead time and capacity.

Drive continuous improvements in costs, margins, suppliers, inventory and reduction of obsolete stock.
