About the role

The MIM & MIF Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational planning, coordination, and execution of the Master in Management (MIM) and Master in Finance (MIF) programs, ensuring an outstanding participant experience and the smooth delivery of all program activities. Working closely with faculty, students, internal departments, and external partners, the Coordinator plays a key role in guaranteeing operational excellence while continuously improving processes and services.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the MIM and MIF programs from participant onboarding through graduation.

  • Ensure the successful execution of academic activities, including class logistics, examinations, program events, and international modules where applicable.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for participants, providing timely support and guidance throughout their academic journey.

  • Coordinate with faculty and academic departments to ensure the smooth delivery of courses and learning activities.

  • Collaborate with Admissions, Career Development, Student Affairs, International Office, Operations, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

  • Monitor program calendars, deadlines, communications, and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Maintain program documentation and student records in institutional systems, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, participant experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Support the preparation of reports, surveys, and program performance metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives related to program innovation and operational excellence.

How you'll work

We are looking for a temporary employee who can work with us for a 3 Month contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Previous experience in program coordination, project management, higher education, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong service orientation and commitment to delivering an exceptional participant experience.

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative and international environment.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Strong digital skills and experience using information systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation and the ability to work autonomously.
