You will make a difference

You will become a key piece in the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities, helping them overcome the obstacles they face in the process of joining a job. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and determining the support needs of the person with a disability.
- Establishing relationships with the family and social environment.
- Managing the training actions of our Training Plan.
- Establishing individualized support for the person with a disability, as well as promoting and enhancing their autonomy and independence.
- Promoting the integration of new workers into the CEE (Special Employment Center).
- Assisting the worker with a disability in the process of transitioning to the open labor market.
- Identifying and intervening in potential processes of developmental deterioration.
