About the role

At ILUNION Retail and Commercialization, we are looking for a First-class skilled tradesperson in Engineering or Technical Architecture for the Construction and Expansion department of our national network of convenience stores

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise works for new store openings, renovations, expansions, and adaptations of establishments, ensuring deadlines, feasibility, and correct execution of projects

Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze feasibility, and optimize costs and investments

Manage construction, activity, and opening licenses, as well as administrative authorizations

Coordinate technical documentation for public bodies and private entities

Ensure compliance with urban planning, technical, health, environmental, and applicable safety regulations

Manage equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, and incidents, ensuring the proper condition of establishments and minimizing the impact on business activity

Participate in supplier tendering, qualification, selection, contracting, negotiation, and evaluation processes to optimize costs, quality, and service

Participate in expansion projects and the search for new locations

Prepare plans, layouts, renderings, and proposals for commercial implementation, continuous improvement of standards and chain image, and technical processes for construction, maintenance, and equipment

Education & certifications

Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent training in the field of construction and installations
