What you'll do

Contribute to improving the experience of people at ILUNION by designing listening programs, analyzing data, and turning the Employee Voice into conclusions and concrete actions.

The person will take part in the evolution of the Employee Experience model, helping to understand the needs of different groups and supporting the areas in defining initiatives that drive engagement, satisfaction, and connection with the organization.

  • Manage campaigns, surveys, and Employee Voice channels at key moments in the employee lifecycle.
  • Administratively manage Qualtrics or equivalent voice tools, taking part in the configuration, launch, and monitoring of listening programs.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and open-ended comments to understand the employee experience.
  • Monitor indicators such as engagement, eNPS, satisfaction, participation, and belonging.
  • Identify trends, strengths, needs, and friction points across different groups, businesses, and territories.
  • Turn data and the Employee Voice into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Support teams in interpreting results and in defining and monitoring improvement plans.
  • Measure the impact of Employee Experience initiatives and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Take part in cross-functional projects within the People area and identify trends and best practices that add value to the employee experience at ILUNION.
  • Coordinate activities, initiatives, and high-impact events related to the People area.
  • Build employer brand ambassadors.

Education & certifications

Required higher education degree:

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration + Human Resources.

Interest in the world of data.

Computer skills: Advanced office software proficiency.
