What will make you shine in your daily routine?
You will become a key piece in helping to overcome barriers, obstacles, or difficulties for the workforce with disabilities at the workplace, as well as accompanying them in the onboarding process and supporting them during their tenure and progression. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying needs and determining support measures for the workforce by applying specific support measures for each individual.
Facilitating the integration of the entire workforce in the Special Employment Center through appropriate and specific supports.
Establishing precise relationships with the family and social environment of the worker with disabilities, acting as a support and encouragement instrument for job onboarding as well as stability.
Developing training programs.
Identifying, intervening, and communicating potential processes of developmental decline in the workforce with disabilities, as well as mediating in possible labor conflicts by fostering interdepartmental teamwork.
