Graphic Arts Sector Machine Operator Assistant

We are looking to hire a Machine Operator Assistant for a company specializing in label printing within the graphic arts sector.

The selected person will start by supporting the machine operator in the various tasks of the printing process, gradually acquiring the necessary knowledge to eventually handle the machine autonomously.

Functions:

• Support the machine operator during the production process.
• Prepare and supply the necessary materials for printing.
• Help with the preparation, adjustment, and startup of the machinery.
• Supervise the production process along with the machine operator.
• Perform quality controls on the printed labels.
• Detect and report any incidents during the process.
• Perform tasks of handling, finishing, and packaging the product.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
• Gradually learn the operation and handling of the machinery with the goal of evolving towards the machine operator position.

• Own vehicle essential to access the workplace.
• Availability to work initially from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and subsequently in fortnightly rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• Previous experience in the graphic arts sector, especially in printing, will be valued.
• Previous experience as a machine operator is not essential: motivation to learn and develop professionally will be highly valued.
• Responsible, committed person, with learning ability and accustomed to working in a team.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de Maquinista para una empresa especializada en la impresión de etiquetas dentro del sector de las artes gráficas.

La persona seleccionada comenzará dando soporte al maquinista en las diferentes tareas del proceso de impresión, adquiriendo progresivamente los conocimientos necesarios para poder asumir en el futuro el manejo de la máquina de forma autónoma.

Se trata de una oportunidad pensada para personas con interés en aprender un oficio y desarrollar una trayectoria profesional dentro de la empresa.

Funciones:

• Dar soporte al maquinista durante el proceso de producción.
• Preparar y suministrar los materiales necesarios para la impresión.
• Ayudar en la preparación, ajuste y puesta en marcha de la maquinaria.
• Supervisar el proceso de producción junto con el maquinista.
• Realizar controles de calidad de las etiquetas impresas.
• Detectar y comunicar posibles incidencias durante el proceso.
• Realizar tareas de manipulación, acabado y empaquetado del producto.
• Mantener el orden y la limpieza de la zona de trabajo.
• Aprender progresivamente el funcionamiento y manejo de la maquinaria con el objetivo de evolucionar hacia la posición de maquinista.

• Imprescindible vehículo propio para acceder al centro de trabajo.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar inicialmente de 6:00 a 14:00h y, posteriormente, en turnos rotativos quincenales de mañana y tarde.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector de artes gráficas, especialmente en impresión.
• No es imprescindible experiencia como maquinista: se valorará especialmente la motivación por aprender y desarrollarse profesionalmente.
• Persona responsable, comprometida, con capacidad de aprendizaje y acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo.
