About the role

From our Barcelona office, we are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to join an important gourmet establishment located in Vilassar de Mar.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation and cooking of dishes, following established recipes and procedures.

• You will collaborate on plating and service, taking care of timing and presentation.

• You will maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and utensils.

• You will work in coordination with the rest of the kitchen team, adapting to the pace of service.

• You will comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Consistent experience of at least one year as a kitchen assistant.
  • Training in Hospitality and Catering (valued).
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish
  • Availability on weekends is essential.
  • Availability to work: Availability for morning/afternoon shifts and holidays.
  • Full flexibility during peak demand periods (Summer and Christmas).
