Kitchen Furniture Designer - Salesperson

Right now, reporting directly to the department manager, we are looking to fill the position of KITCHEN FURNITURE DESIGNER - SALESPERSON for our store in SABADELL (BARCELONA).

The duties you will carry out with us are:

- Designing dream kitchens for your customers (Winner software).

- Listening to, identifying and addressing your customers' needs.

- Building a trusting relationship with your customers by putting everything mentioned in the previous point into practice.

- Offering the budget the customer needs so that their purchase fits their needs and possibilities.

- Planning the installation with the different installation teams.

- Following up on the project so that the established relationship is a complete win-win.

- and… achieving the established sales targets!

- At least one year of experience in both kitchen design and sales (very important!).

- Passion for sales and achieving targets.

- Being an empathetic, friendly person with a sense of humor who cares about customers.

- Knowledge of design software programs.

- Availability to work full-time on a split shift from Monday to Saturday is essential, with the weekly rest day established in the collective bargaining agreement being respected.

Ahora mismo y, reportando directamente al jefe de sector, te buscamos para cubrir la posición de DISEÑADOR/A - VENDEDOR/A MOBILIARIO DE COCINAS, para nuestra tienda de SABADELL (BARCELONA).

Las funciones que llevarás a cabo con nosotros son:

- Diseñar cocinas de ensueño para tus clientes (programa Winner).

- Escuchar, detectar y atender las necesidades de tus clientes.

- Establecer una relación de confianza con tus clientes porque pondrás en práctica todo lo comentado en el punto anterior.

- Ofrecer el presupuesto que el cliente necesita para que su compra se adapte a sus necesidades y posibilidades.

- Planificar el montaje con los diferentes equipos de montadores/as.

- Llevar el seguimiento del proyecto para que la relación establecida sea un win-win total.

- y… ¡conseguir los objetivos de venta establecidos!

- Mínimo un año de experiencia tanto en diseño como en venta de cocinas (¡muy importante!).

- Pasión por las ventas y la consecución de objetivos.

- Ser una persona empática, amable y con sentido del humor a la que le importan los clientes.

- Conocimientos de programas informáticos de diseño.

- Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar jornada completa en horario partido de lunes a sábado, respetándose el descanso semanal establecido en convenio colectivo.
