What we're looking for

The training necessary to properly carry out the duties of the position

We are looking for a person with extensive knowledge and experience in the area of sales and design in kitchen furniture and appliance sales.

Essential requirements include verifiable experience in the sector, design and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the latest trends and materials used in kitchen furniture manufacturing.

The ability to take accurate measurements and prepare detailed quotes will be highly valued. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to work as part of a team.

Experience and knowledge of design software such as TEOWIN, WINNER, etc.

Availability to work full-time hours on a split shift from Monday to Sunday and on holidays, as authorized by the regional government, respecting the weekly rest day established in the department store collective bargaining agreement.

The role

What are we looking for?

Right now and reporting directly to the department manager, we are looking for you to fill the position of KITCHEN DESIGNER - APPLIANCE SALESPERSON, on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week, for our store in VILANOVA I LA GELTRU (BARCELONA).

What you'll do

The duties you will carry out with us are:

- Design dream kitchens for your customers (Winner program). Provide advice, customer service, and sales support.

- Listening to, detecting, and addressing your customers' needs.

- Build a trusting relationship with your clients because you will put into practice everything mentioned in the previous point.

- Offer the budget the client needs so that the purchase fits their needs and possibilities.

- Restocking the department.

- Resolving incidents.

- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.

- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.

- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.

- Providing general support to the store.
