What are we looking for?

Right now, reporting directly to the department manager, we are looking for someone to fill the position of KITCHEN DESIGNER - APPLIANCE SALESPERSON, on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week, for our store in VILANOVA I LA GELTRU (BARCELONA).

The duties you will carry out with us are:

- Designing dream kitchens for your customers (Winner software). Customer advice, service and sales.

- Listening to, identifying and addressing your customers' needs.

- Building a trusting relationship with your customers, as you will put everything mentioned in the previous point into practice.

- Offering the budget the customer needs so that their purchase fits their needs and possibilities.

- Restocking the department.

- Resolution of incidents.

- Keeping the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and state.

- Ensuring a sufficient presence of products in the department.

- Managing the day-to-day offers and promotions being carried out.

- General support to the store.

The training needed to properly carry out the duties of the position

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the sales and design of kitchen furniture and in the sale of appliances

Essential requirements include verifiable experience in the sector, design and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the latest trends and materials used in the manufacture of kitchen furniture.

The ability to take precise measurements and prepare detailed budgets will be positively valued. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized and able to work as part of a team.

Experience and knowledge of design software such as TEOWIN, WINNER, etc.

¿Qué buscamos?

Ahora mismo y, reportando directamente al jefe de sector, te buscamos para cubrir la posición de DISEÑADOR/A COCINAS - VENDEDOR/A DE ELECTRODOMESTICOS, en jornada parcial de 30 horas semanales, para nuestra tienda de VILANOVA I LA GELTRU (BARCELONA).

Las funciones que llevarás a cabo con nosotros son:

- Diseñar cocinas de ensueño para tus clientes (programa Winner). Asesoramiento, atención y venta al cliente.

- Escuchar, detectar y atender las necesidades de tus clientes.

- Establecer una relación de confianza con tus clientes porque pondrás en práctica todo lo comentado en el punto anterior.

- Ofrecer el presupuesto que el cliente necesita para que su compra se adapte a sus necesidades y posibilidades.

- Reposición de la Sección.

- Resolución de incidencias.

- Mantenimiento de la sección en óptimas condiciones de presentación y estado.

- Garantizar una presencia suficiente de productos en la sección.

- Controlar el día a día de las ofertas y promociones que se llevan a cabo.

- Apoyo general a la tienda.

La formación necesaria para llevar a cabo las funciones del puesto de manera adecuada

Buscamos una persona con amplio conocimiento y experiencia en el área de venta y diseño en el mueble de cocina y en la venta de electrodomésticos

Requisitos indispensables incluyen experiencia comprobable en el sector, habilidades de diseño y atención al cliente, así como conocimiento de las últimas tendencias y materiales utilizados en la fabricación de mueble de cocina.

Se valorará positivamente la capacidad de realizar mediciones precisas y elaborar presupuestos detallados. El/la candidato/a ideal debe ser proactivo/a, organizado/a y capaz de trabajar en equipo.

Experiencia y conocimientos de programas informáticos de diseño tipo TEOWIN, WINNER, etc.
