Do you have experience in logistics, traffic and warehouse management? Are you looking for a new professional challenge where you can take on responsibility and have room to grow?

From our Alicante office we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join a company dedicated to the distribution of goods in Alicante.

This is a key position within the branch's operations, especially linked to the management and organisation of the warehouse, traffic and distribution, so we are looking for someone with experience, autonomy and the ability to coordinate and make operations run efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage invoicing and service valuation.

- Carry out control and monitoring of warehouse stock.

- Create, organise and review daily delivery routes.

- Manage requests for delicate transports.

- Coordinate and organise the daily warehouse operations.

- Distribute and delegate tasks within the team, ensuring the smooth running of operations.

- Collaborate in the management of the branch and in resolving any needs that may arise on a day-to-day basis.

- Experience in logistics, traffic, transport or warehouse management.

- Organizational and planning skills.

- Autonomy and ability to make decisions on a day-to-day basis.

- Skills for teamwork and coordinating people.

- Ability to delegate and distribute tasks.

- Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.

- A resourceful, responsible person with initiative.

- Joining a position with real responsibility within the branch's operations.

- Initial recruitment through a temp agency, with a real possibility of later joining the company directly.

- Working hours preferably on a central shift from 09:00 to 18:00, with one hour's break for lunch, although there is flexibility to agree this.

¿Tienes experiencia en logística, tráfico y gestión de almacén? ¿Buscas un nuevo reto profesional donde puedas asumir responsabilidad y tener recorrido?

Desde nuestra oficina de Alicante estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a de Operaciones para incorporarse a una empresa dedicada a la distribución de mercancías en Alicante.

Se trata de una posición clave dentro de la operativa de la delegación, especialmente vinculada a la gestión y organización del almacén, tráfico y distribución, por lo que buscamos una persona con experiencia, autonomía y capacidad para coordinar y hacer que las operaciones funcionen de forma eficiente.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

- Gestionar la facturación y valoración de servicios.

- Realizar el control y seguimiento del stock de almacén.

- Crear, organizar y revisar las rutas de reparto diarias.

- Gestionar las solicitudes de transportes delicados.

- Coordinar y organizar la operativa diaria del almacén.

- Distribuir y delegar tareas dentro del equipo, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la operativa.

- Colaborar en la gestión de la delegación y en la resolución de las necesidades que puedan surgir en el día a día.

- Experiencia en logística, tráfico, transporte o gestión de almacén.

- Capacidad de organización y planificación.

- Autonomía y capacidad para tomar decisiones en el día a día.

- Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y coordinar personas.

- Capacidad para delegar y distribuir funciones.

- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

- Persona resolutiva, responsable y con iniciativa.

- Incorporación a una posición con responsabilidad real dentro de la operativa de la delegación.

- Incorporación inicial a través de ETT, con posibilidad real de incorporación posterior a empresa.

- La oportunidad de formar parte de un proyecto estable y con recorrido profesional.

- Horario preferiblemente en turno central de 09:00 a 18:00, con una hora de descanso para la comida, aunque existe flexibilidad para acordarlo.
