-Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training related to construction: Building and Civil Works.

-University Degree in Technical Architecture

What we ask of you:

40 h/week

Annual gross salary

• Experience in the described tasks is valued.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD.

Driving licence and own vehicle.

Availability to travel and relocate nationwide.

• Planning the execution of works on time and in the proper manner.
• Placing material orders.
• Managing health and safety documentation.
• Verifying the technical quality of executions and certifying work.

Imprescindible contar con alguna de las siguientes titulaciones:

-FP Grado Medio o Superior relacionado con la construcción: Edificación y Obra Civil.

-Grado Universitario en Arquitectura Técnica

-Grado Universitario en Arquitectura

-Grado Universitario en Ingeniería Civil

Retribución anual bruta

• Valorable experiencia en las tareas descritas.

Carné de conducir y vehículo propio.

Disponibilidad para viajar y desplazarse a nivel nacional.

• Planificación en tiempo y forma de ejecución de las obras.
• Realización de pedidos de material.
• Gestión de documentación de seguridad y salud.
• Contrastar calidad técnica de las ejecuciones y certificación de trabajos.
