The role

I am looking for a Site Manager with experience in high-rise building construction who wants to work on major building projects in the North Alicante area, without the need to travel outside their local area. You will join a solid, growing construction company where you will have real autonomy on site and decision-making capacity.

A strong construction company with more than 20 years of track record.
Stability in the area and projects with a construction budget of over €20M.

What you'll do

Plan, organize, and supervise the complete execution of building construction projects.
Control project costs, deadlines, and quality, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
Coordinate the different parties involved in the project (subcontractors, suppliers, technical management).
Manage the construction budget and carry out financial monitoring through certifications and measurements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Lead the site team (foremen, administrative staff, technicians).
Provide regular reporting to company management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar.
Previous experience of 5 years as a Site Manager.
Experience in projects with a construction budget of at least €8M/€10M.
Track record in high-rise residential projects.
Profile with leadership, management skills, and results orientation.
Residence in Marina Alta or availability to work in the area.
