We are currently looking to add to our offices in Palma de Mallorca a Project Manager who will join the Project Management team. We are looking for dynamic people with initiative, teamwork and communication skills, and analytical ability.

The main duties are:

• Build trusting relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  
• Define the list of requirements to fulfill the client's need and follow up on its execution.
  
• Provide technical support to clients to help resolve issues and make functional proposals to offer them solutions.
  
• Seek/Promote client satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement they need and applying solutions.
  
• Coordinate the different areas involved, necessary to achieve the objective, whether it be the development, infrastructure, or sales team.
  
• Global follow-up of the client, including technical solutions, the execution of their projects, or their account status with Juniper.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar en nuestras oficinas de Palma de Mallorca, un/a Project Manager que se integrará en el equipo de Project Management. Buscamos personas dinámicas, con iniciativa, habilidades de trabajo en equipo y de comunicación, y con capacidad analítica.

Las principales funciones son:

• Generar relaciones de confianza con los clientes para conseguir comprender sus necesidades y sus objetivos.
  
• Definir la lista de requisitos para llevar a cabo la necesidad del cliente y seguimiento de la ejecución de ello.
  
• Dar apoyo técnico a los clientes para ayudar a la resolución de problemas y realizar propuestas funcionales para ofrecerles soluciones.
  
• Buscar/Promover la satisfacción del cliente identificando areas de mejoras que necesitan y aplicando soluciones.
  
• Coordinar las diferentes áreas implicadas, necesarias para llevar a cabo el objetivo, ya sea el equipo de desarrollo, infraestructura o ventas.
  
• Seguimiento global del cliente, incluyendo las soluciones técnicas, la ejecución de sus proyectos o su estado de cuenta con Juniper.
