🎯 What does the program involve?

The training program consists of modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools, and store operations, as well as assertive communication development and feedback in the JYSK way. During the training, you will learn theoretical knowledge and put it into practice immediately through hands-on exercises with your colleagues.  

  • Five one-week modules over 9 months  
  • On-the-job training between modules with an assigned mentor to continue developing and preparing you for the big professional challenge  
  • During the development program, you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and will be able to perform this role in the store, combining your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store   
  • A final exam with a practical case  
  • Trip to the head office for training sessions
