We are currently looking for a FACILITY MANAGER to join our team at Kave Home's headquarters in Sils.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring and managing the optimal operation of the group's buildings and commercial spaces.

What you'll do

  • Ensuring and coordinating repair and maintenance activities, as well as installations and/or equipment replacements at all locations.

  • Creating and maintaining facility management plans that meet the requirements of stores and other properties.

  • Balancing scheduled and reactive work to ensure efficient operations.

  • Managing costs and preparing the annual budget.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Technical Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Facility Manager, maintenance, or facilities management positions.

  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, supplier coordination, and incident management.

  • Experience in cost control, budget preparation, and monitoring.

  • Knowledge of technical and legal regulations applicable to facilities, construction, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

  • Advanced level of English; other languages will be valued.

  • A profile with strong organizational, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.

  • Good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
