About the role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Product team at our headquarters in Sils.

Your mission

Lead and coordinate digital initiatives, acting as the link between business, product and technology, identifying opportunities, prioritizing needs and ensuring the proper execution of key projects within your domain. • Lead and coordinate strategic digital initiatives within your domain, from definition through to delivery and results tracking.

• Collaborate with business, product and technology teams in the definition, prioritization and planning of initiatives.

• Align different stakeholders around objectives, scope, dependencies, timelines and expected impact.

• Coordinate execution with the Tech teams and all other areas involved, ensuring efficient, high-quality implementation.

• Track the progress of projects, identifying risks, dependencies, opportunities for improvement and mitigation actions.

• Define and monitor KPIs, business metrics and experiments to evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives.

• Promote continuous improvement, process optimization and the use of new tools, including AI, to increase efficiency and quality of work.

• Manage schedules, resources and, when applicable, budgets, ensuring objectives, deadlines and costs are met.

• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing analysis, context and recommended actions.

Technology

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Economics or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex end-to-end digital projects, ideally with cross-functional impact on the organization.

• Previous experience in environments with strong exposure to business, product, operations or digital transformation.

• Experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or other iterative management approaches.

• Ability to structure complex problems, prioritize initiatives and make sound decisions.

• Leadership skills, coordination of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
