We are looking for a Demand Planner to join the planning team, collaborating on product forecasting and demand planning processes. The position will have an analytical and operational focus, contributing to optimizing product availability, inventory turnover, and alignment between forecasted demand, stock, and KAVE's business objectives.

What you'll do

Participate in demand planning and product forecasting processes in a structured manner, supporting the standardization of templates and workflows.
Collaborate on preparing and monitoring sales forecasts by category, channel, and collection.
Support Finance in the budgeting process, including defining sales/invoicing/margin targets by category and channel.
Participate in monitoring and controlling sales budgets.
Analyze the performance of products, collections, and categories, evaluating sales, margins, turnover, stock coverage, and variances against the forecast.
Collaborate with commercial teams and Product Intelligence to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability across each channel.
Provide analysis, reports, and tools to the commercial team to support decision-making.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in demand to propose adjustments to the planning process.
Participate in the implementation of the new Planning tool.
