Warehouse Team Leader

• Secondary education or equivalent studies.

• Training in logistics, supply chain, or similar is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating teams in logistics environments, with knowledge of dock operations, shipping and receiving, as well as resolving incidents in real time.

• Communication skills, ability to plan, organize, and supervise. Ability to resolve issues.

Your mission will be to supervise and coordinate the team in receiving and shipping, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards, and collaborating with the shift supervisor for smooth execution at the docks and in the warehouse.

• Operational planning and management: Assign resources and staff according to workloads and objectives.

• Team and equipment management: Oversee the use, delivery, and maintenance of PDAs and material handling equipment.

• Staff management: Record attendance and absenteeism and coordinate shift priorities.

• Monitoring and adjustment: Adapt times and resources in the event of incidents and participate in follow-up meetings.

• Order, cleanliness and safety: Keep the area organized and safe and comply with quality protocols.

• Logistics control: Verify the receipt and dispatch of products, ensuring their correct condition.
