You will be part of the Platform as a Service (PaaS) area, responsible for designing, developing, and operating the technology platform used by engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale digital services globally.

The goal is to provide a platform that is:

🎯 Mission

Evolve from a backend role toward a Platform / Systems Engineer profile, taking part in the design and operation of cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes.

• Backend development in platform environments

• Evolution toward distributed systems and platform engineering

• Management and operation of Kubernetes in production

• Automation of deployments and infrastructure

• Participation in architecture decisions (microservices, DDD)

• Advanced troubleshooting in critical environments

• Contribution to the technical design of solutions

• Ownership of services in production

• Remote work model 🏡. Option to go to the office, but always at the employee's choice.

• Flexible schedule ⏰: flexible entry at 8:30 am and exit at 6 pm, with early finish on Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm, and in summer (July and August) early finish from 8 am to 3 pm

Evolucionar desde un rol backend hacia un perfil Platform / Systems Engineer, participando en el diseño y operación de infraestructura cloud-native sobre Kubernetes.

• Desarrollo backend en entornos de plataforma

• Evolución hacia sistemas distribuidos y platform engineering

• Gestión y operación de Kubernetes en producción

• Automatización de despliegues e infraestructura

• Participación en decisiones de arquitectura (microservicios, DDD)

• Troubleshooting avanzado en entornos críticos

• Contribución al diseño técnico de soluciones

• Ownership de servicios en producción

¿Qué ofrecemos?

• Contrato indefinido

• Modelo de trabajo en remoto 🏡. Opción de ir a trabajar a oficinas pero siempre a elección del trabajador.

• Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h

• Vacaciones 🌴: 22 días de vacaciones + 2 días de libre disposición, además de los días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.

• Contrato indefinido 📄: Desde el primer día, con opción de 12 o 14 pagas.
