The role

We are looking for an HVAC Engineer with experience in the design, coordination, and management of mechanical installations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and control of HVAC, plumbing, and gas installations in building projects, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

What you'll do

Design and develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and gas installation projects.
Manage, coordinate, and plan the execution of on-site installations.
Plan, organize, and lead work teams, as well as the hiring and management of the resources needed for the proper execution of installations.
Prepare, control, and manage the installation budget, identifying potential deviations and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
Coordinate with clients, the Technical Management, and the Owner, negotiating the technical and administrative aspects of the project.
Supervise the proper execution of installations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and the Environment.
Coordinate with the other engineering and construction disciplines to ensure the proper integration of installations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and management of HVAC installations.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and gas installations and applicable regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and calculation tools (CYPE, HAP, DMELECT, or similar).
Experience in construction planning, cost control, and team coordination.
Leadership, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
