About the role

From the KPMG Delivery Center in Spain, we are committed and involved in providing support to teams in other offices across Spain, carrying out specific tasks related to the administrative, procedural, accounting-financial and personnel management areas, and linked to both domestic and international end clients, with the aim of achieving optimization and efficiency in tasks.

What you'll do

Specifically within the procedural area:

  • Analysis, management, resolution and monitoring of claims from users of financial services regarding their interests and rights arising from contracts, transparency and client protection regulations, and good practices in financial usage.
  • Ensuring proper compliance and handling of claims submitted by financial users within the required timeframe and form.
  • Document management of claim files.
  • Follow-up reporting and updating of our clients' IT platforms.
  • Ongoing contact with our clients' Legal Advisory teams to ensure proper management and processing.
  • Deepen your knowledge of best practices of banking institutions in consumer matters.
  • You will be able to contribute improvement ideas in terms of processes, operations and quality.
