  • Analyze and resolve issues related to invoicing, transport documentation, delivery receipts, and commercial discrepancies.
  • Negotiate payment commitments with clients within the company's established policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on overdue debt, aging of balances, and collection forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial departments to expedite the resolution of issues that may affect collection.
  • Keep information up to date in corporate systems and management tools.
  • Identify credit risks and propose actions to minimize financial exposure.
  • Participate in debt collection and file follow-up processes when necessary.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of credit and collection processes.

What we're looking for

  • Vocational training at a higher level in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections management, accounts receivable, or debt recovery.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain companies will be valued.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Knowledge of collection KPIs (DSO, Aging, Overdue Debt, etc.).
  • High level of English.
  • Results orientation.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Effective communication.
  • Organization and planning.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical capacity.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Resilience and ability to work in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

  • University education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields will be valued.

What you'll get

  • Stable integration into Noatum AutoLogistics.
  • Be part of a leading company in automotive logistics with an international presence.
  • Ongoing training and access to our Corporate University.
  • Flexible working hours for arrival and departure.
  • Afternoon off on your birthday.
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects and optimization of financial processes.
  • Real opportunities for professional development within a growing multinational group.
  • Excellent work environment and collaborative culture.
