What you'll do

That is why we count on you as Regional Customer Service Centralization Advisor, for the development of activities that guarantee the best customer experience regarding the centralized management of facilities, provided that the PRL model of the multi-room or integral reform does not apply, as well as responding to customer requirements that come from the national RCO or RCOs sent by the store regarding the installation and transport of the region's stores

* Response to customer complaints that come through RCO, whether at the central RCO level or through the stores. Reception, follow-up, and resolution. Coordination between customer/installer/transporter/store.

*The first contact with the customer will be made within a maximum of 24 hours and the resolution of the incident will be within 48 hours, for complex incidents or those that depend on the arrival of merchandise, daily follow-up of the status of the same will be carried out until its completion. Urgencies must be managed immediately.

*Notify the customer of date changes due to date errors or lack of product in the management of installations

*Collection of extras at customers' homes, attending calls or emails about extras and customer expansions when the installer is at the customer's home.
