Restaurant Manager - Madrid

You will be as good with your restaurant's numbers as you are with your team, and you will be as comfortable at our grill as you are presenting strategic business plans. Our burgers are fresh and handmade; we focus our efforts on the quality of the ingredients, and our staff is energetic and committed to the Company because we truly care about looking after them. Our restaurants are full of customers who are genuine Five Guys fans!

• Permanent contract

• Continuous working day, we do NOT have split shifts!

• Annual gross salary of €31,000

• Potential annual bonus of €14,000

• Variable pay with the "Mystery Shopper" program (up to 200€ per month)
