What you'll do

As Manager Mundo, you will be the driving force behind the business's sales figures, ensuring memorable experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for your sector, working in collaboration with a committed sales team and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Lead the commercial strategy for your department, aligned with Leroy Merlin's three-year strategic plan.
Design effective local actions to attract and retain customers through an omnichannel approach.
Build a motivated commercial team, ensuring their professional development and creating succession plans for the future.
Analyze customer data and behaviors to make decisions that positively impact the store's bottom line.
Collaborate with the Management Committee and sales teams to transform and grow the business in the region.
