About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team in Barcelona. The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safety and schedule management. Additionally, the Operations Manager will partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across and between all concessions while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.

What you'll do

As a Operations Manager you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of product flow.
  • Oversee after-sales processes.
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the store.
  • Ensure effective inventory control.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
  • Enforce company policies.
  • Schedule Management
  • Manage asset protection measures.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols.
  • Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across all concessions.
  • Contribute to a positive impact on sales and customer service.
  • Drive the implementation of operational best practices to ensure excellence in all aspects of boutique operations.
  • Serve as the project leader for all back-office tool evolution and roll-out projects, overseeing their successful implementation and integration.

What we're looking for

You will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements:

Analytical Mindset

Proven track record in stock/operation management: 5 years of experience min.

Languages: English and Spanish Fluent.

Availability to work 40hr/week and weekends.
