Electromechanical Maintenance Weekend and Holiday Shift (h/M/X)

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the machinery and facilities of the plant, performing tasks such as:

Assembly and disassembly of equipment and machinery

Corrective and preventive maintenance and civil works

Checks on air conditioning, compressed air, purified water, drinking water, hot water, HVAC and sanitary installations, boilers, and steam installations

Cleaning of removable material from equipment and machines

Control of spare parts inventory for the Department

Comply with the assigned preventive maintenance schedule, as well as carrying out both preventive and corrective work orders in SAP PM

Control of spare parts inventory for the Department

Completion of documentation related to the operations performed

Know and comply with proper pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and written safety and hygiene instructions

Know and comply with TEVA PHARMA, S.L.U.'s general SOPs and those related to operations and equipment used in the workplace

Experience and qualifications Requirements

• Essential: Vocational training in industrial maintenance areas.
• Experience in industrial maintenance will be valued.

Working conditions

• Temporary contract.
• Gross hourly wage: €18.91.
• Shift allowance: €4.39 per hour worked.
• Transport allowance: €0.30 per hour worked.
• Availability to work all weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work at the Malpica Industrial Estate.

• Morning: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Night: 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM.

La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaria e instalaciones de la fábrica, realizando tareas de:

Montaje y desmontaje de equipos y maquinaria

Mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y de obra civil

Controles de las instalaciones de aire acondicionado, aire comprimido, agua purificada, agua potable yagua caliente climatización y sanitaria, Calderas e instalación de vapor

Limpieza de material desmontable de equipos y máquinas

Control de stocks de repuestos del Departamento

Cumplir con la programación de mantenimientos preventivos asignados, así como la realización deordenes de trabajo tanto de preventivos como de correctivos en SAP PM

Control de stocks de repuestos del Departamento

Cumplimentación de la documentación relativa a las operaciones realizadas

Conocer y cumplir normas de correcta fabricación de medicamentos y las instrucciones escritas sobreseguridad e higiene en el trabajo

Conocer y cumplir los PNT's de TEVA PHARMA, S.L.U. generales y aquellos relativos a las operaciones ylos equipos utilizados en su puesto de trabajo

• Imprescindible formación FP en áreas de mantenimiento Industrial.
• Se valorará experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.

Condiciones laborales

• Contratación temporal.
• Salario bruto hora: 18,91 €.
• Plus de turnicidad: 4.39 € por hora trabajada.
• Plus transporte: 0.30€ por hora trabajada.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar todos los fines de semana y festivos.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Polígono Industrial Malpica.

en turnos rotativos de:

• Mañana: 11:00 a 23:00 h.
• Noche: 23:00 a 11:00 h.

• Formación específica en FP áreas de mantenimiento industrial.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos rotativos y fines de emana y festivos.

Incorporación

• Fecha prevista de incorporación: 1 de septiembre.
