• You will feed and supply the production line to ensure the continuity of the process.
• You will make adjustments and parameter settings on the machines to optimize performance.
• You will oversee order, cleanliness, and compliance with established procedures.

- Hold a valid forklift license: to move materials, handle loads, and work independently.
- Previous experience in an industrial or production environment: Understanding factory rhythms and the importance of processes will help you adapt and grow quickly in the role.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
- Responsible attitude and attention to detail

• Salary: €14.35 gross per hour.
• Rotation: Initially you will work 6 days and enjoy 2 consecutive days off, then in September it will be 6 days worked and 4 days off.
• Technical learning in an industrial environment: You will develop knowledge in parameterization, adjustments, and basic maintenance of production machinery.
• Initial 1-month contract with a real opportunity to keep growing within the project.

🛠️ En tu día a día:

• Alimentarás y abastecerás la línea de producción para garantizar la continuidad del proceso.
• Realizarás ajustes y parametrizaciones en máquina para optimizar el rendimiento.
• Supervisarás el orden, la limpieza y el correcto cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.

👉🏽¿Qué te hará tener éxito en esta posición?
- Contar con carné de carretillero en vigor: ubicar materiales, mover carga y trabajar con autonomía.
- Experiencia previa en entorno industrial o de producción: Entender los ritmos de fábrica y la importancia de los procesos facilitará tu adaptación y crecimiento rápido en el puesto.
- Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañana, tarde y noche)
- Actitud responsable y orientada al detalle

• Salario: 14,35€ brutos/hora.
• Rotación: Inicalmente trabajarás 6 días y disfrutarás de 2 días consecutivos de descanso, posteriormente en septiembre será 6 dias trabajados y 4 de descanso
• Aprendizaje técnico en entorno industrial: Desarrollarás conocimientos en parametrización, ajustes y mantenimiento básico de maquinaria productiva.
• Contrato inicial de 1 mes con opción real de seguir creciendo dentro del proyecto.
