About the role

From Manpower, we are recruiting a Veterinarian (M/F/X) for a pet food company located in El Burgo de Ebro, to carry out tasks involving telephone customer service, diagnosis, and product development.
The main duties and responsibilities of the position are:

What you'll do

  • Customer service: attending to and managing customer inquiries/complaints. Creating informative articles, product explanatory documents, carrying out comparisons with competitor products, explaining and presenting to customers the products we market from a nutritional and food safety standpoint, etc.
  • Sample collection and shipping to external laboratories: validation of analytical results, monitoring and recording them.
  • Product development: on-site monitoring of the necessary trials in the plant, control of results, research into new ingredients, preparation of reports/product data sheets, etc.

What we're looking for

  • Education: degree in veterinary medicine or vocational training as a veterinary assistant.
  • Availability: initially the shift is from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; after one or two months, rotating morning/afternoon shifts and some Saturdays.
  • Availability for immediate start
