At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a major company in the glass sector to find a First-Class Skilled Tradesperson Foundry Worker for their facilities in Maresme.

What you'll do

  • Control the operation of the furnaces and the glass melting process
  • Monitor parameters such as temperature, air, gas, pressure, and glass level
  • Manufacture following the defined quality standards
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team on production tasks
  • Act on supply incidents (gas, water, air, or electricity)
  • Perform production checks and weighings
  • Report anomalies to the area supervisor
  • Comply with safety, environmental, and internal policy standards

About the company & team

Ensure the proper functioning of the furnaces and the glass melting process, guaranteeing product quality and facility safety, through a progressive learning and development process until reaching full autonomy.

What do we need from you?

  • Vocational training (CFGM) or higher (FP) (industrial specialty valued)
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment or the glass sector valued
  • Basic knowledge of industrial installations (gas, air, electricity)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
  • Responsible, committed person with a desire to learn a trade
